We are seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to be based in Los Angeles to join our highly talented global team of over 150 people around the world.  This is an exciting new role for our organization, tasked with the responsibility of developing our business further in the US market.  We have a wide array of services and our RAY platform offers a key competitive advantage.  We are looking for a passionate, innovative individual to join our team to highlight and celebrate our key differentiators to the market.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead US team to exceed monthly targets
  • Establish close relationships with Key Clients in media industry to drive high workload
  • Proactive improvement on revenue process to convert smartly
  • Source new clients through referrals, meetings, networking, trade shows, calling and digital marketing
  • Proactively seek and develop new business contacts and relationships to drive growth
  • Manage a portfolio of clients by establishing long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Actively support the Marketing team to assess new ways to penetrate the market in a cost effective way

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in the Media Industry
  • Leadership experience
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Effective time management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience using CRM tolls such as Salesforce will be an advantage
