Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or knowledge of a language other than English
  • Able to manage global timelines and meet deadlines

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and general technical expertise
  • Driven to provide excellent care to clients

Responsibilities:

  • Create sustainable workflows for client satisfaction and take ownership of ongoing client work to ensure successful relationships
  • Liaise with translators from a wide diversity of cultural backgrounds and disciplines
  • Manage project timelines to ensure positive outcomes for the company and clients
  • Handle client and translator feedback and queries on translation projects
  • Handle technical aspects of translation including desktop publishing and other content formatting requirements
  • Quality assure project prior to delivery to client
  • Provide high quality customer service by respond to emails, and/or telephone queries with both existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare quotes for clients – screening the text for complexities to understand requirements and options
  • General administration and office tasks as requested
