This is a newly created role within our business and you have the ability to put your stamp on it.  The Growth Marketing Specialist will be a foundational pillar in the success of the New Business program.  The successful candidate will have proven experience in the development of marketing/engagement programs through an automated platform to manage MQL to SQL pipeline for a steady stream of leads to the business.  They will understand our customer’s needs and create targeted campaigns and will contribute to the increase in revenue by creating qualified leads for our New Business team.  You will be proficient in the use of CRM systems and marketing systems in order to streamline processes.


  • Generate MQL’s and drive them through to SQL’s
  • Use of various CRM and marketing systems to manage the customer journey
  • Analyze and streamline sales processes
  • Stay up to date on latest sales and marketing technology
  • Track and present sales and marketing data to inform business-critical decisions
  • Work with the New Business team to incorporate feedback to optimize the customer journey
  • Champion lead quality within the organization and work to improve this consistently
  • Maintain and manage CRM and marketing systems

Required skills

  • Experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and efficiently
  • Background in technology, advertising or marketing
