We are excited to bring this new opportunity to the market.  This role will be based in Auckland and will be working as part of our global Production team – which is a hive of innovative activity.  This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail.  In this role, you will have the important task of reviewing the source content from our clients against the translated content for quality in terms of completeness, image/layout consistency and completing some minor tidy up activity of layout and formatting if required.  Essentially this is a key role to ensure that the end product we release to our clients meets requirements. This role will be Tuesday to Saturday – 6 am – 2:30 pm.


  • Downloading of source and received content to do a base comparison
  • Review for image and layout consistency
  • Complete small formatting changes as required 
  • Quality check to required standards
  • Package up files for release by the Project Manager to client

To be successful you will need:

  • An absolute eye for detail
  • Intermediate tech skills 
  • Intermediate word/excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team

Although not essential, basic desktop publishing skills would be an advantage as would the ability to speak/read any other languages.
