We are on the hunt for an In House Copy Editor to join us in the New Year.   In this role – you will be reviewing content against the client editing requirements and style guide to ensure we can deliver a fabulous end result for our client that they have become accustomed to.    To be successful in this role – you will need to have excellent grammar and attention to detail, the ability to adhere to a strict set of writing standards and strong time management skills to operate within deadlines.

It would be advantageous to have editing experience however we will provide full training and support in this role to ensure you can shine.

This role will be 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday between the hours of 12pm-8.30pm.   There is flexibility in the afternoon/evening hours so this may be split to meet personal/family needs.


  • Review content against the client editing requirements and style guide
  • Edit content to ensure it adheres to requirements
  • Manage prioritisation of client requests within assigned deadlines
  • Keep documentation of any changes to client requirements – completely up to date at all times
  • Keep client Sales Manager up to date with any changes or concerns
