Medical Council of Canada Translations

High-Quality, Timely and Cost-Effective
Certified MCC Translations

Straker provides convenient, efficient online translation service for any document that you may wish to submit to the MCC. Straker is committed to translating your documents according to MCC’s requirements.

Fees charged by Straker vary depending on the number of pages in the document that you wish to have translated, and the source language.

To get started, you will need a PDF of the document that you wish to have translated, and you must use this page to submit your document for a price quote.

Translation Quote

Step 1
Select the source language and choose whether you need the documents translated into French or English. Upload your document as a PDF.

Step 2
Provide your name, e-mail address, country and telephone number.

Step 3
You will receive an emailed quote to review. Follow the instructions in the quote email and make your online payment to Straker. The translation process will then begin.

Step 4
Review and confirm the draft translation document returned to you via email from Straker. Please note: this is a review copy only and should not be submitted to MCC as the final certified translation.

Step 5
Submit the final certified PDF document to the Medical Council of Canada. To meet MCC's requirements the PDF should include stamped and signed copies of the original document as well as the translation, a Straker cover letter, and the translator's declaration of competence.
