ECFMG® Translations

High-Quality, Timely, and Cost-Effective
Translations that Meet ECFMG’s Requirements

Straker provides convenient, efficient online translation service for any document that you may wish to submit to ECFMG®, a member of Intealth, or one of its programs, including ECFMG Certification, the Electronic Portfolio of International Credentials (EPIC), ERAS Support Services at ECFMG, and the Exchange Visitor Sponsorship Program (EVSP). Documents translated by Straker meet ECFMG’s translation requirements and will not be rejected for not meeting these requirements.

Fees charged by Straker vary depending on the number of pages in the document that you wish to have translated, and the source language.

Note that ECFMG does not require you to use Straker, and ECFMG cannot guarantee that Straker will provide you with services. To get started, you will need a PDF of the document that you wish to have translated, and you must use this page to submit your document for a price quote.

Translation Quote

Step 1
Choose the source language of your document, and upload the PDF file.

Step 2
Provide your name*, e-mail address*, country* and telephone number.

Step 3
You will receive an emailed quote. Review the price quote. Follow the instructions in the price quote and make your on-line payment to Straker.

Step 4
Review and confirm the translated document returned to you via e-mail from Straker. Please note: this is a review copy only and should not be submitted to ECFMG as the final certified translation.

Step 5
Upload the final PDFs of your certified English translation document (certified translation includes the translator’s signature and seal) and your original language document (if required) to ECFMG via the appropriate on-line service.

What is your cancellation policy?

No longer need our services? You can cancel your contract with Straker from the moment you get your quote right up until 30 minutes after you've made your first payment. We'll need a cancellation request in writing, which you can send to your account manager, project manager, or our support team at enquiries@strakergroup.com.

Protecting your personal information is our top priority at Straker, and we have a comprehensive customer data security policy to keep your content private. This policy protects your information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, destruction, or alteration. We also use industry-standard access controls and internet firewalls to prevent internal and external security breaches.
